FAQ

How do upgrades work today?: Pricing is published; payment processing is rolling out. To change plan, email hello@vellum.app and we'll provision the seats immediately. Stripe self-service is the next thing on the list.
Does the price include BoldSign?: Yes. We absorb BoldSign signing costs at standard volumes (under 200 envelopes per seat per month). Above that, you pay BoldSign's published rates pass-through.
What about Resend email?: Same model — transactional email at standard volumes is included. We surface the underlying counts in your settings so there are no surprises.
Is there a free trial?: Yes. Solo and Team plans include a 30-day trial. No card up front. We don't pull punches on features during the trial — you see the same product as paid.
Can I switch plans later?: Up or down, any time. Switching to Team mid-cycle prorates the seat-month difference. Switching down kicks in at the next billing date.
What does cancellation look like?: Cancel from the dashboard. Your data is yours — we keep it warm for 90 days post-cancellation, then offer a one-click export to CSV before deletion.
